The shop is nicely laid out and light and airy. However apart from the young girl some of the staff are not particularly friendly or pleasant. Can't say I ever leave with a smile on my face. Feels like a lack of leadership from management and no customer service skills training. Unfortunately typical of Fort William with a few notable exceptions.
